Features
A medium focal length telephoto lens that achieves high image quality and compactness at the same time. The apochromatic design that makes axial chromatic aberration as close to zero as possible realized high image quality.And the simple structure that extends the entire lens for focusing realized a total length of 60 mm (from the mount surface). Weight is as light as 250g, and it has excellent portability It does not protrude into the viewfinder frame.

Apochromatic design
The apochromatic design that makes the on-axis chromatic aberration of RGB, as close to zero as possible.
High performance & compactness
The newly designed optical system uses abnormal partial dispersion glass for 5 out of 7 elements in 7 groups. The clean and simple structure realizes a length of only 60mm long.
10 aperture blades to enjoy ball bokeh expression
The 10 blade aperture makes a circle not only at the fully open F2.8, but also at F4 and F22. You can cause the cinematic flares known as “ball blur” by pointing toward a point light source.
Comes with a special metal hood
The attached metal hood has a bayonet-type fitting that can be mounted in reverse when stored. It is convenient to carry without compromising the compactness of the lens.
Manual focus that enables reliable focus operation
By adopting an all-metal helicoid unit processed and adjusted with high precision and high-quality grease that produces an appropriate torque, focusing with a smooth operation feeling and delicate focus adjustment is realized.
Bayonet type VM mount
A VM mount compatible with the Leica M mount is used for the lens mount.
Equipped with a rangefinder interlocking system
The high-precision rangefinder interlocking mechanism enables severe focusing near the maximum aperture.
Full-frame image circle
A generous image circle that supports full-frame 35mm format is secured. In addition, it achieves a very compact style compared to interchangeable lenses for SLR cameras.
